Every feng shui project with Golden Lai follows the same eight steps: booking confirmed, Bazi and floor plan submitted, layout goals agreed, balance paid, on-site explanation, auspicious date selected, follow-up support, and opening or move-in dates. Booking confirmed
Pay the deposit to confirm your slot and enter the project queue.
Bazi and floor plan
Send the birth details of household members and the floor plan. A hand sketch with measurements is fine.
Layout goals
Tell Golden Lai what the layout must achieve: wealth, career, health, harmony or a specific outcome.
Balance payment
Settle the balance before the site visit so the day runs without delay.
On-site explanation
Problems and adjustments explained on the spot, with placements, directions and qi points demonstrated.
Date selection
An auspicious date chosen from your Bazi and the building's structure to start work or activate the qi mouth.
Follow-up support
Questions within the scope of the layout are answered. Extra items are quoted separately.
Opening or move-in date
Dates recommended for opening, moving in and executing the plan.
