Method
The I Ching is a system for reading structure and timing. Golden Lai uses it the way a strategist uses a map: to see where you are, what the terrain is doing and which moves are open to you now. The Tao supplies the second half, the discipline of acting in line with the current rather than against it.
Every consultation follows the same logic. First the structure: your Bazi chart, your floor plan or the hexagram cast for your question. Then the judgement: what this structure means for the decision in front of you. Then the action: specific, executable steps with timing.

What Golden Lai will not do
No fatalistic guarantees. No promises of quick wealth. No lottery numbers or stock instructions. No fear-based selling. Health guidance supports and never replaces medical treatment.
In his words: we make judgements, not miracles. The right client wants clarity, is ready to decide and is willing to act. The wrong client is looking for a miracle, a dependency or a shortcut.
How the work is delivered
Golden Lai leads every engagement personally. When his schedule is full, a trained associate may assist with a site audit, but the chart, the judgement and the written plan remain his and this is disclosed before you book.
One-to-one sessions run 40 minutes on Zoom or in person in Johor Bahru. Overtime and follow-up are quoted separately. Payment by Stripe or credit card (instalments available, platform fee applies), bank transfer or Touch 'n Go.
